Biography
Since graduating from University of California Hastings College of the Law in 2007, Kathryn Weeks has dedicated her practice to labor and employment law. Ms. Weeks provides advice, counsel and consulting to business clients on issues ranging from employment litigation and litigation management, employment investigations, diversity and inclusion, as well as compliance matters, including hiring, termination, wage and hour, contracts, fair employment practices, human resources questions, policy and procedure drafting and development, and employment risk mitigation. On the litigation side, Ms. Weeks defends employers in single-plaintiff and class action cases on allegations of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, and employee misclassification, among other employment-related claims. She has also presented original training seminars to employers and human resource professionals.
